Danske Bank MacLarnon Cup and Danske Bank MacRory Cup Launch

The Official launch of the 2024 Danske Bank MacLarnon Cup and 2024 Danske Bank MacRory Cup took place this week at the Tyrone GAA Garvaghey Centre. Team Captains, teachers and coaches from the four finalists joined representatives from Danske Bank, The Press and Ulster Schools GAA for promotional photographs and interviews.

Those in attendance had the opportunity to view the MacLarnon and MacRory silverware prior to their respective finals on 11th February in the Athletic Grounds Armagh. The MacLarnon final will be streamed live on Ulster GAA TV and the MacRory will be streamed by BBC.

As part of our centenary celebrations this year and in the build-up to the Danske Bank MacRory cup final in the BOX-IT Athletic Grounds on Sunday 11th February, Ulster Schools GAA will be hosting a talk night on Thursday 8th February in Aonach Mhacha.

There will be 2 speakers on the night:

(1) Aidan Walshe, author of the acclaimed ‘History of the MacRory Cup’, who will speak on various aspects of this iconic competition.
