HURLER OF THE MONTH

Alongside our sponsors, Danske Bank, Ulster Schools GAA recognises the achievements of a hurler player every month from across the spectrum of ongoing games and competitions.

For February, the hurler of the Month is Jude Ball from St Malachy’s High School Castlewellan.

Playing at Half Forward in the U16.5 Noone Cup, Jude was nominated based off his skill and ability showcased throughout the competition as well as his leadership and attitude towards the game, his team, opposition and managers.

The Castlewellan GAA player stands out on any pitch which has been noticed by multiple schools across Ulster.
