Footballer of The Month – February 2026
March 18, 2026
PLAYER OF THE MONTH
Alongside our sponsors, Danske Bank, Ulster Schools GAA recognises the achievements of a young player every month from across the spectrum of ongoing games and competitions.
For February, our Football Player of the Month is Dan Conlan from St. Mary’s Grammar School, Magherafelt
A member of Ballinderry Shamrocks GAC and a half-forward for his school, Dan has shown exceptional character in his return from injury—working tirelessly on his own since Christmas while the squad trained together.
His work ethic is outstanding, he consistently puts the team first, and he leads by example both on and off the pitch.
Maith thú, Dan!
